So, this was strongly influenced by the "water" theme, I admit. I'm afraid I don't know TOO much about Seychelles, since she's hardly in the anime and I haven't played the game where they are for some reason in school.

From what I know of the character Seychelles, she is sweet and cheerful and maybe a bit passive. Even though that is nothing like Haruka, I think Michiru would be attracted to that personality type as well. Michiru likes to be in charge, and has no patience for people who aren't serious and dignified. Seychelles is happy, but she isn't hyper or bratty.

Seychelles seems to like anyone who appreciates nature, especially the ocean, and she loves music (someone let me know if I'm wrong here; I'm going by fanon). Therefore, an ocean-loving musician would be a good choice.

But wait! I thought Seychelles was straight - well, TBH, I don't know, and there's been so many odd pairings in Hetalia that I've arrived at the conclusion that every Hetalia character is pansexual. Therefore, this is based on personalities only.

I'm pretty sure all characters in anime are pansexual. Frighteningly pansexual. Jack Harkness pansexual(at least the fandoms think so). So I'm pretty sure this is fine.

Pansexual = you COULD be attracted to guys or girls.
Anime-sexual = you are attracted to everything and everyone at all times.

I think Jack Harkness is anime-sexual.
